Shawton Energy is an established developer in the rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) sector, now expanding its portfolio with its first ground-mounted solar farm in Pembrokeshire, West Wales. The new 8.6MWp site will support the renewable energy transition and supply power via a long-term Virtual Power Purchase Agreement. Shawton Energy’s mission is to enable UK businesses to access affordable, green energy, which aligns with Triodos Bank’s commitment to financing sustainable projects that advance the clean energy agenda. Funding will support the construction and delivery of the solar farm.
