How do I set up the app on my new phone or tablet?

  1. Download and open the Triodos Mobile Banking App on your new device.
  2. Select 'Get started' > 'Access my accounts' > 'I have the app on another device'.
  3. A camera will open - simply scan the secure QR code on your old device with this camera.
  4. Your old device should then display the name of your new device.
  5. If you are happy this is your device, you can click ‘Confirm’ and enter your mobile passcode to approve the set up.
  6. You’ll then need to choose a 5-digit passcode on your new device that you will use to log in and authorise - it can be the same as your old device’s passcode, or different.
  7. That’s it! Your new device will now be set up with your Triodos accounts and you can log in with the passcode you just chose.

​​​​​​​The app will still work on your old device as normal, so if you are replacing or selling your old device, remember to delete the app first.
