If you use a username and password to log in to your personal account, this cannot be used to set up the Triodos App. You will need to set it up with an identity check.
If your digipass or username and password are deactivated after setting up this device, you can still log in to Internet Banking by scanning a secure QR code with the Triodos App.
Linking your identity check to your Triodos App means you are better protected from fraud because no one else will be able to gain access to your accounts from their device. When a second device attempts to set up the Triodos App in your name, we will ask that second device for a selfie. If this does not match the selfie you provided in your original identity check, we will block the set up.
