What information do you need to enter?

Copy the full names and details of your ID:

  • Surname
  • First names
  • Sex or Gender
  • Nationality

On your Passport:

  • Passport number
  • Date of issue
  • Valid until
  • Document number

On your Driving Licence:

  • The licence number is the long number and letters on the front of your licence
  • Date of issue: on the front of the card
  • Valid until: on the front of the card
