Can I withdraw funds from a Junior Cash ISA account once they have been deposited?

It is only possible to make withdrawals from the Junior ISA once the child turns 18. The only exception is if the child becomes terminally ill, or dies.
It is however possible to transfer a Junior Cash ISA to a Junior ISA with another provider.
